Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Senior Manager in Capital Markets Transactions to oversee IPO/SPAC readiness and execution, and to guide multiple workstreams with technical accounting and reporting across global clients.

You will manage engagement economics, mentor teams, and contribute to market-leading advisory services while leveraging Excel and PowerPoint expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of public accounting or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managing and supervising teams.
• Deep understanding of capital markets transactions (e.g., IPOs, SPACs, and other equity/debt offerings).
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-threaded projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting standards.
• Possession of CPA/CFA/CRISC/PMP or related certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of IPO, SPAC, and other CMT advisory engagements.
• Lead project planning, stakeholder management, and timely delivery of milestones.
• Mentor and supervise staff; contribute to performance feedback and training.
• Provide technical guidance on accounting and financial reporting for transactions.
• Manage engagement budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain internal contacts across Deloitte businesses.
