Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of SEC reporting experience, a CPA candidacy, solid GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and Workiva, with cross‑functional collaboration across Accounting, FP&A and IR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA preferred or in progress.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, specifically in SEC reporting.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel; Workiva experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting SEC filings and other compliance documents.
• Prepare detailed workpapers and financial statement tie-outs for disclosures.
• Support buildout of SOX-compliant internal controls and audit processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and footnote disclosures.
• Validate XBRL data and assist with audit coordination.
