Job summary

Frederick Fox, in partnership with a high-growth national accounting and business advisory firm, seeks a senior leader to build and grow its IPO Advisory offering across the US. This is not a role to simply inherit; the firm wants an entrepreneurial Partner/Managing Director who can leverage relationships to create something significant.

Location: Flexible across major US markets with proximity to an office preferred.

Qualifications

• Significant IPO / Capital Markets advisory experience.
• Strong market network with ability to generate revenue.
• Backgrounds from Big 4 or national IPO/advisory practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the national IPO Advisory practice.
• Develop relationships with CFOs, PE firms, investment banks, attorneys, auditors and other capital markets partners.
• Originate and lead IPO readiness and public-company transformations.
• Advise clients across financial reporting, technical accounting, controls, governance and operational readiness.
• Build the team and capabilities required to support continued growth.
• Work alongside established Accounting Advisory, Risk, Transformation and PE practices that can feed opportunities into the IPO offering.

Frederick Fox is partnering with a high-growth national accounting and business advisory firm looking to appoint a senior leader to build and grow its IPO Advisory offering across the US.

This is not a role to simply inherit and manage an established book of business. The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Partner / Managing Director-level leader who can leverage their reputation and relationships in the capital markets ecosystem to create something significant.

The mandate will include:

• Own and grow the national IPO Advisory practice
• Develop relationships with CFOs, PE firms, investment banks, attorneys, auditors and other capital markets partners
• Originate and lead complex IPO readiness and public-company transformation engagements
• Advise clients across financial reporting, technical accounting, controls, governance and operational readiness
• Build the team and capabilities required to support continued growth
• Work alongside established Accounting Advisory, Risk, Transformation and PE practices that can feed opportunities into the IPO offering

The ideal candidate will bring significant IPO / Capital Markets advisory experience, a strong market network and a demonstrated ability to generate revenue.

Backgrounds from the Big 4, national accounting/advisory firms or specialist IPO/Capital Markets consulting practices are particularly relevant.

Location: Flexible across major US markets – proximity to an office preferred

Travel: National client and business development responsibilities

Compensation: Partner-level package with significant upside
