Job summary

Frederick Fox is seeking a senior advisory leader to oversee IPO and public-company readiness engagements. The role guides clients from initial readiness assessments through registration and filing, coordinating financial reporting, governance, risk, and operational workstreams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional-services experience in advisory, accounting, consulting, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading IPO readiness and execution engagements.
• Strong knowledge of public-company reporting, governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with registration statements, regulatory comments, technical accounting, and public-company audit requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional engagements and external advisors.
• Strong executive communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPO engagements from readiness assessment through filing.
• Develop and manage transaction plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Advise clients on public-company financial reporting, governance, risk, and operational requirements.
• Oversee financial sections of registration statements and regulatory responses.
• Provide technical accounting guidance and support public-company audit readiness.
• Coordinate executives, boards, auditors, legal counsel, bankers, and other advisors.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Support business development and expansion of the advisory practice.
• Identify responsible applications for approved AI and automation tools while maintaining appropriate data, confidentiality, and professional standards.
