Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an IPM Technician I in Cultivation to perform IPM scouting and product applications, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and guidelines. The role may be flexed to other areas such as flower, veg, mom, propagation, harvest, and post-harvest as needed.

The position requires inspecting facilities, documenting plant health and pest issues, and maintaining equipment within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass respirator fit testing.
• Cultivation experience preferred.
• Background screening will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plants and rooms across the facility.
• Complete spray assignments as directed by management.
• Document plant health, pest issues, and cleanliness for daily reports.
• Take plant samples for inspection to identify pests or plant health issues.
• Collaborate with staff to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Research pests and plant health issues and how to address them compliantly.
• Inspect all rooms before light cycle switches off.
• Prepare and deliver weekly management meeting presentations.
• Maintain equipment necessary for tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
