Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pest control or IPM in a food facility.
• Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with inspections of production areas, sanitation, and IPM programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead pest management improvement initiative within a food manufacturing facility.
• Serve as primary liaison between the facility and the contracted pest control provider, driving execution of key pest prevention strategies and ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate installation of additional traps and bait stations; support exterior treatment programs and landscaping improvements to reduce pest pressure.
• Maintain a relentless focus on action item completion, accountability, and program effectiveness.
• Work with Quality, Maintenance, Operations, Sanitation, and pest control provider to strengthen IPM and audit readiness.
