Apple in Cupertino, California is seeking an extraordinary Engineering Program Manager to join the Panel Process and Optics (PPO) Engineering Program Management team for iPhone display. You will lead cross-functional teams across ME and EE, drive schedules, and manage program status to deliver innovative display panel and module design and manufacturing advancements.

The role requires strong technical and leadership skills, the ability to communicate complex issues, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• BS degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience as an Engineer or Program Manager in hardware design, manufacturing, EQ, or OCA/adhesive in module process.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans and schedules.
• Drive project execution.
• Lead internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities.
• Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication.
