iPhone Hardware Engineering Program Manager (HW EPM)

Description

- Lead multi-functional development teams for various system HW sub-systems: flex-PCBAs, PCBAs, development boards.
- Manage and track engineering development schedules and budgets.
- Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks.
- Drive deliveries and resolve issues with global suppliers, integrating their work and schedules into the project.
- Communicate status and the big picture to the project team & management.
- Synchronize the project with the Apple development process.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical background in either EE or ME; Mechatronics background is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, inquisitive, able to manage complex scenarios while maintaining high-quality work.
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver.
• Experience in setting up program/project schedules and work breakdown structures.
• Ability to travel internationally to support builds.

At Apple, base pay is part of our total compensation, ranging from $165,500 to $293,800, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Employees may participate in stock programs, receive benefits including medical, dental, retirement, discounts, and educational reimbursements. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or relocation assistance.
