Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
Experience in product development and design/release activities.
Strong knowledge of engineering systems and processes such as GD&T and BOM.

Responsibilities

Provides strong technical leadership and guides the team to successful execution of vehicle programs with strong technical solutions.
Develops new products, processes, standards, or operational plans with direct impact on business results.
Promotes GM values and makes customer-focused decisions.
Staffs, trains, and develops the team; prioritizes work and removes roadblocks.
Assigns and manages workload for direct reports; monitors performance and provides feedback.
Leads staffing initiatives and conducts regular group meetings to communicate policies and safety messages.
