Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in a technical field plus 1–3 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally paint/coatings or quality-related roles.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret color, appearance quality, and film build data and correlate to vehicle concerns.
  • Monitor coating process outputs to ensure drawing/standard requirements are met.
  • Lead improvement plans to validate production processes and achieve plant targets.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and quality punch lists.
  • Support Paint Shop in root cause analysis of paint quality concerns.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to address plant-wide issues.
