gpac LLC. seeks an Electronics Assembler - IPC Class 3 to build and inspect high-reliability electronic assemblies and serve as a technical resource for the production team.

Responsibilities include in-process inspection, creating quality joints, assembling units, and guiding coworkers across all stations to ensure builds meet prints and specifications. Must read schematics and work orders and prepare shipments.

Competenze

• Current IPC Class 3 certification.
• 1–2 years in electronics assembly.
• Expert-level soldering and crimping skills.
• Ability to interpret schematics, drawings and specifications.
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, scales and magnification.

Mansioni

• Verify Class 3 workmanship and documentation through in-process inspection.
• Produce high-quality solder joints and crimp terminations, and set up and change over crimp tooling.
• Assemble and modify electronic units, aligning and fitting components to support wiring.
• Build to prints, schematics, work orders and supervisor direction.
• Select wire and read precise measurements to meet build specs.
• Test and inspect assemblies at each stage, and review the quality of peers' builds.
• Prepare jobs, complete production records, and resolve build issues.
• Guide coworkers on assembly methods across all stations.
• Package and prepare finished product for shipment.
