Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to bring products to market with a focus on manufacturability and reliability. You will collaborate with Industrial Design, Manufacturing, and EE teams to refine designs and optimize for function, aesthetics, and yield.

You will apply DFMEA, stress analyses, tolerance studies, and prototyping to ensure fit, form, and function throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience designing mechanical components for high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Use 2D/3D CAD to communicate design intent and inspection needs.
