Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an IPA Consultative Coder to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in CenterWell Senior Primary Care to improve documentation accuracy and support cost-effective care.

You will educate providers and clinic staff in IPA clinics, perform documentation audits, and conduct quarterly chart reviews to reinforce coding best practices. This full-time role requires 3+ years of risk adjustment coding and CCS/CRC/CPC certification, with residence within 50 miles of the assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of risk adjustment medical coding experience.
• CCS, CRC or CPC certification.
• Familiarity with value-based care.

As an IPA Consultative Coder, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care in the communities we serve.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$59,300 - $80,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
