Job summary

Insight Global is seeking multiple System Test Engineers to sit in Columbia, MD, supporting a large FAA program focused on modernizing voice communication systems within Air Traffic Control.

Responsibilities include deploying and testing IP-based voice communication systems, creating and executing test cases, generating test and defect reports, and maintaining the verification requirements traceability matrix with the design team.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of Systems Test experience with executing test programs.
• Configuring and analyzing VoIP networks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Linux, and virtual machines.

Responsibilities

• Deploy IP-based voice communication systems and perform testing.
• Support development plans according to program requirements.
• Create and execute test cases.
• Generate test reports and defect reports with mitigation plans.
• Maintain verification requirements traceability matrix (VRTM) with the design team.
