J.S. Held LLC is seeking an Analyst to join its Intellectual Property team in a fast-paced, client-facing role in the United States. You will develop complex financial models, conduct deep industry research, and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, teamwork, and professional integrity within IP-related valuations and disputes. The position requires a finance/economics background, proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting and/or economics with strong academic performance.
• GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professionalism, integrity and flexibility.
• Strong analytical abilities and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Creating complex financial models.
• Performing in-depth industry, technology, and company research.
• Writing reports and preparing presentations.
• Attending client meetings to collect information for analyses.
• Reviewing financial, marketing and other documents from litigation.
• Critiquing opposing parties' economic arguments.
