The role involves advising on commercial and licensing agreements, IP matters, cloud computing products, and IT procurement contracts. Strong drafting and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Deep knowledge of intellectual property and commercial contract law.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and open source license frameworks.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial and licensing agreements.
• Provide counsel on intellectual property matters.
• Assist with product counseling, particularly in cloud computing and software.
