Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a general Intellectual Property paralegal in Dallas, TX to support IP counsel. The role requires at least three years of paralegal experience, with IP background preferred (firm will train for IP/patent prosecution).

Responsibilities include filing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications, managing portfolios, reviewing documents, researching, and monitoring deadlines. Full-time position with standard M-F schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

Assist with filing and prosecution of U.S. patent applications.
Audit and manage IP portfolios to ensure patent applications comply with the patent prosecution process.
Assist with internal review and analyzation of documents, conduct research, and monitor deadlines.
Draft responses to office actions and provide general administrative support to attorneys.
