Qualifications

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.

• Maintain knowledge of USPTO and international patent practices.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications for clients in AI/ML, semiconductors, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and related tech.
• Perform freedom-to-operate, validity and patentability analyses for portfolio strategy.
• Interact with clients with a focus on significant responsibility and direct client contact.
