Ideal candidates have a strong Electrical Engineering or Computer Science background, 2+ years of patent prosecution experience, active U.S. bar membership with CLE compliance, USPTO registration, and superior writing skills.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong English and Japanese language skills.
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
• Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
• Registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Analytical thinker with ability to conduct detailed legal analysis.
• Enjoys communicating with a diverse group of clients, attorneys and staff.
