Job Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and file U.S. and foreign patent applications
  2. Maintain docketing deadlines for renewals, oppositions, and annuities
  3. Draft assignments, legal agreements, and patent filings
  4. Conduct research on patent rights, databases, and international compliance
  5. Liaise with foreign associates to ensure smooth international filings
What You Need to Bring
  1. 2+ years of patent experience (law firm experience preferred)
  2. Strong working knowledge of USPTO, PCT filings, and international patent law
  3. Excellent organizational skills—this is a fast-moving environment
  4. Familiarity with Innovation, PATTSY, Lexis/Nexis, and legal research tools
  5. The ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
