Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Resource Attorney to support its Intellectual Property (IP) Litigation practice. This role will focus on enabling attorneys within the group to be more informed, efficient, and successful by staying current on legal developments, assisting in the preparation of publications, and creating practice resources. The attorney in this role will not be involved in direct client representation and will not bill time.

Duties:
- Keep current on all legal and regulatory developments relevant to the IP Litigation group.
- Develop topics for and assist in preparing client alerts, white papers, blog posts, and other publications.
- Create, maintain, and update archives of work product and practice know-how.
- Assist with the coordination of speaking engagements, webinars, and related materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on branding strategies and evaluating market trends.
- Provide information and support to the Marketing department for responses to RFPs and business development opportunities.
- Foster consistency and knowledge-sharing within the group to improve client interactions.
- Work with Professional Development to enhance skills development and organize firmwide training.
- Coordinate with Information Services to assess available technologies and develop solutions to improve group efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in patent litigation, with some experience in trade secret litigation.
- Licensed attorney in good standing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce clear, concise legal drafts and publications.
- Confident presenter with strong public speaking skills.
- Excellent intellectual, interpersonal, and technical skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-starter with a team-oriented approach.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of patent and trade secret law.

- Proficient in developing internal resources and tools to enhance efficiency.
