Wolf Greenfield, a premier IP law firm in Boston, seeks an IP Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys across all phases of IP litigation including ITC and federal matters. The role requires overtime flexibility and may involve travel.
The candidate will assist with discovery, court filings, trial preparation, and managing eDiscovery databases, while maintaining case timelines and collaborating with teams to ensure efficient workflow.
The IP Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in a wide range of legal projects and tasks. The IP Litigation Paralegal will assist with all phases of intellectual property litigation, including research, discovery, summary judgment, Markman, mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. The position requires availability for overtime and flexibility for travel. Actual pay for this position will be determined based on experience.
