Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or similar fields are highly preferred, as is CAFC clerkship

Qualifications

• Attorneys in law school classes 2020–2023 for IP Litigation with top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience.
• Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, or similar fields are highly preferred.
• CAFC clerkship experience highly preferred.
• Experience with PTAB disputes also a plus.
