Job summary

The attorney will work with IP litigators on a wide range of patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition and trade secret matters, including managing ESI, depositions, and preparing for hearings and trial.

Requirements include 3+ years of IP litigation experience, top academic credentials, and Minnesota bar eligibility or eligibility to become licensed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IP or complex federal litigation.
• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota or eligible to become.
• Undergraduate degree in science or engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in patent, trademark, copyright, and related IP cases.
• Manage discovery, including ESI collection and production.
• Take and defend depositions; draft substantive motions and prepare for hearings and trial.
• Collaborate with Stinson's IP litigators across Minneapolis, St. Louis and Kansas City.
