Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • A Technical background isstrongly preferred.
  • Undergraduate Degree: Computer Science or Electrical Engineeringdegreepreferred.
  • Strong experience handlingall phases of IP litigation, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, motion practice, depositions, expert discovery, and trial preparation.
  • Soft Skills: Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively or independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complexIP litigationmattersfrom inception through trial and appeal, including patent and technology-related disputes.
  • Analyze technical documentation,scientific data, andpatent claimsto support litigation strategy and expert development.
  • Advise leading technology and life sciences companies onIP enforcement,defense strategies, andrisk management.
  • Appear infederal district courts,appellate courts, and beforeadministrative bodiessuch as thePTAB.
  • Work closely with partners, clients, and technical experts to develop innovative legal strategies and achieve litigation goals.
