Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in San Francisco seeks an IP & Technology Litigation Associate for a full-time role focusing on technology, Internet law, crypto, privacy, and intellectual property across diverse clients and industries.

You will handle litigation involving AI, data collection, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks and patents; manage class actions and complex disputes in a fast-paced tech environment, with strong writing and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Two to six years of litigation experience.
• Experience in a mid to large law firm.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting research, and managing discovery.
• Interest in technology, Internet law, defamation, crypto, privacy, and intellectual property.
• In-house litigation management experience for a technology company is a plus.
• Good standing with the CA Bar.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation involving AI technology, including copyright and data collection issues.
• Manage Internet law class actions related to consumer protection laws.
• Address intellectual property matters, including trade secret, copyright, trademark, and patent issues.
• Engage in complex commercial litigation involving cryptocurrency and technology companies.
• Oversee privacy and data security matters, including incident response and data breach class actions.
• Litigate speech-related technology cases, including those involving Section 230 and defamation.
