5 Legal is seeking an associate to join its IP Litigation team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of intellectual property litigation experience, with at least some patent litigation exposure.

Qualified applicants should possess top law school credentials. Undergraduate engineering or technical degrees are a plus but not required, and experience with PTAB disputes is a plus. This is a high-profile practice with Fortune 100 clients.

A Top Am Law 100 Law firm that represents the majority of the Fortune 100 and more than half of the Fortune 500 companies is is seeking an associate to join their IP Litigation team.

Qualified applicants will have:Top law school credentials and 2-4 years of intellectual property litigation experience, with at least some patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are a plus, but not required. Experience with PTAB disputes also a plus.
