  • Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the status, actions, and next steps across all active engagements, keeping the pipeline tracker accurate.
  • Hold the team and licensees accountable—tracking commitments, following up proactively, and closing the loop on missed deadlines or overdue items.
  • Drive meeting logistics and internal prep so the team enters licensee calls aligned and ready.
  • Publish notes, send follow-ups, and maintain professional dialogue with licensees.
  • Build polished licensing presentations and support valuation and damages analysis with technical and financial experts.
  • Identify ways to improve day-to-day operations of the licensing team.
