Responsibilities

• Support IP program including invention identification, freedom to operate analysis, IP strategy.
• Monitor competitors and analyze patent portfolios for risk and intelligence.
• Assist engineers with reviewing industry patent portfolios to manage risk.
• Assist IP training activities and knowledge sharing.
• Assist with trademark matters, searches and gathering specimens for USPTO.
