REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified candidates must hold a PhD in the biological sciences (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Genetics), Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience drafting and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications is required, preferably with expertise in preparing patent opinions in biotechnology or similar technology.
• Ideal candidates will have immediately transferable skills, strong legal writing and research abilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Top academics, law firm experience, and registration to practice before the USPTO are also required.
