Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an IP Billing Coordinator in Washington D.C. This role involves managing billing processes for attorneys, including drafting and editing pre-bills and final bills, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications. Candidates should have a high school diploma, with an Associate's Degree preferred, and at least one year of experience in legal billing, preferably in Intellectual Property.

The IP Billing Coordinator is responsible for compiling, managing and executing IP attorney billing. They will work closely with attorneys, assistants and accounting colleagues to accurately maintain records.

Pursuant to the California Pay Transparency for Pay Equity Act, the salary range for this Los Angeles based position is between $59,500 - $97,100 and the Washington DC Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this Washington DC based position is between $62,100 - $101,300. These figures represent the full compensation range of this position. The actual offered amount will be determined based on the following factors : education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at Foley.
