Afero is the IoT platform-as-a-service powering millions of devices and aims to modernize connected products. We seek a seasoned product expert to lead development, strategy, and customer-focused innovation at scale, working with executives and key customer reps to shape value.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in product management, B2B2C at scale, and a passion for end-user experience, with proven collaboration across hardware, firmware, and cloud teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience scaling platforms in Smart Home or consumer products.
• Experience with B2B2C at scale serving multiple manufacturers or partners.
• Experience with go-to-market in a partnership framework.
• Preferred: AI-powered features that improve engagement and retention.
• Preferred: Experience with OEM/ODM partners and global manufacturing.
• Preferred: Retail or channel partner programs experience.
• Preferred: Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product discovery and delivery.

Aufgaben

• Develop ideas for products and features to delight customers.
• Define roadmaps and user stories for the Afero platform.
• Perform inbound Product Management in scrum against Hardware, Firmware, and Cloud teams.
• Prioritize support for 3rd-party certifications and partnerships.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to define requirements and outcomes.
