Job summary

OmniMetrix LLC is seeking a Technical Support Representative to field customer calls, emails, and chats about our IoT power generator monitoring solutions. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with installation and configuration of devices, and ensure timely, accurate solutions that exceed customer expectations.

• Experience delivering customer-facing tech support via phone, email and chat.
• Familiarity with IoT or industrial equipment is a plus.
• Must be able to work standard in-office hours (Eastern).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to IoT monitoring systems.
• Assist customers in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IoT devices.
