Dexter Laundry, Inc. seeks a Controls and IoT Product Engineer to drive hardware-software integration across embedded systems, gateways, and cloud‑connected appliances.

You will work with hardware, software, and manufacturing partners to deliver next‑gen payment, monitoring, and self‑service solutions. You will manage cross‑functional projects from concept to launch, define validation standards, and support field testing and customer deployments in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of relevant cross‑functional technical initiatives and project management.
• Experience integrating hardware, software, networking, and connected systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering or Computer Science preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross‑functional project management for networking systems, web‑based customer tools, connected products, and IoT initiatives from concept to launch.
• Contribute to development and integration of customer‑facing digital commerce, self‑service, monitoring, and support solutions.
• Coordinate integration of embedded systems, hardware, gateways, and software into commercial appliances with internal and external partners.
• Define validation requirements and testing standards; review designs and perform lab and field validation for control‑board, embedded, IoT projects.
• Provide occasional on‑site support for system troubleshooting and field tests; after‑hours IoT status support.
