Job summary

Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a Digital Product Manager to lead TotalView, Rheem’s connected fleet monitoring platform. You will define the platform vision, manage the roadmap, and guide cross-functional teams through discovery to scale.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and hardware to align digital and physical systems, translating customer needs into innovative features that drive engagement and value for Rheem North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience, ideally in IoT, SaaS, or consumer tech.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling digital products.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• High technical aptitude and cross-functional collaboration with engineers, UX, marketing, and hardware teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and analytics tools.
• Experience with connected devices or IoT platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery and MVP to launch, iteration, and scale.
• Partner with marketing and customer support for go-to-market and engagement.
• Prioritize features using data, impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product decisions.
• Apply MVP thinking and iterative development with fast learning cycles.
