Qualifications

• Lead global projects from pre-sales through deployment with scope, schedule, budget and risk mitigation.
• Create project timelines and manage project status to ensure delivery.
• Report outcomes/risks to management and elevate issues per work plan.
• Coordinate multiple units and resources to maintain alignment.
• Lead RFQ and RFP response efforts and deliver SOW documentation.
• Coordinate internal/external resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and provide status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead global projects from pre-sales through deployment, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimates, implementation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Create project timelines.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and elevate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
• Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
• Lead RFQ and RFP response efforts.
• Support the development of project documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, integration guides, and other deliverables as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise schedules or budgets to ensure project requirements can be met.
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day communication regarding project status and changes.
