Actus Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager to drive global IoT projects, leading technical teams from start to finish. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to develop timelines, manage issues, and communicate status, while highlighting risks that could affect on-time delivery.

The role requires strong technical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to travel up to 20% and manage multiple units to deliver projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of direct experience in new product development and introduction in IoT/related tech areas.
• 3–5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead global projects from pre-sale through deployment, including schedules, scope, budget, and risk mitigation.
• Create the project timeline.
• Report outcomes and risks to management and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate teams across units to maintain synergy and progress.
• Lead RFQ/RFP responses.
• Help write project documentation per the statement of work.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project status and revise schedules or budgets as needed.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and provide day-to-day project status updates.
