Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with iOS application development.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Own technical roadmaps with data-driven decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure on-time launches with KPIs, testing, and compliance criteria.
• Mentor the team, improve workflows using AI, and provide architectural oversight.
• Manage cross-functional relationships to deliver Google XR services.
• Collaborate with researchers and UX designers to bring ideas to life in products.
