Job summary

Mapbox, a leading real-time location platform, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Nav iOS SDK team and advance maps and navigation across products. You will mentor engineers, foster a collaborative culture, and align team work with company goals to deliver high-impact features.

You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, influence rendering engine decisions, and ensure an outstanding developer experience for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with 3+ years in engineering management.
• Track record of hiring and growing top technical talent.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of 5+ people.
• Strong communication with stakeholders in English (C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop talent within the Nav iOS SDK team.
• Promote collaboration and innovation across teams.
• Drive strategic objectives aligned with product goals.
• Define product roadmaps for Nav SDKs in partnership with Product and Eng teams.
• Shape the vision and evolution of rendering engines and related tooling.
