Job summary

BCforward is seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to join our team in San Francisco. Hybrid work is required with a minimum of three days onsite per week starting in December.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in iOS frameworks, Swift, Objective-C, and SwiftUI, and has a proven track record building and maintaining high-quality iOS applications aligned to user and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Master's in Software Engineering.
• 5+ years of professional iOS development using Swift, UIKit, and/or Objective-C.
• Proficiency with SwiftUI and core iOS frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Bitbucket for version control.
• Experience with biometrics, push notifications, and camera APIs.
• Proven experience as an app developer and as a UI/UX developer on iOS.
• Must have hands-on experience using Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and prototype front-end applications for iOS.

• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Work Details & Interview Process:

• Approved location: San Francisco, CA. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week.
• Target start: December.
• Interview: 1-2 rounds. Video or in-person required.
• Glider ID verification required.
