Business Dash in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior iOS/macOS Developer to design, build, and maintain native Apple platform applications.
You will lead software architecture, write high-performance Swift/SwiftUI code, ensure concurrency and memory safety, and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities include architecture and design, core development, concurrency and performance, quality assurance, and code reviews.

A Senior iOS/macOS Developer designs, builds, and maintains native Apple platform applications. They lead software architecture, write high-performance code in Swift and SwiftUI, ensure strict concurrency and memory safety, and mentor junior engineering team members.
Architecture & Design: Architect scalable, multi-platform codebases sharing business logic between iOS, iPadOS, and macOS using modern patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Core Development: Build adaptive desktop and mobile user interfaces using SwiftUI alongside AppKit or UIKit interop.
Concurrency & Performance: Implement modern Swift concurrency (async/await, actors, Sendable) and optimize performance using Xcode Instruments.
Quality Assurance: Write robust automated unit and UI tests via XCTest and maintain strict code health.
Leadership: Conduct code reviews, establish team best practices, and mentor junior or mid-level engineers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated native Apple platform software development experience.
Languages & Frameworks: Expert proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, and Combine; familiarity with Objective-C and AppKit/UIKit interop.
Concurrency: Deep understanding of modern Swift concurrency (async/await, actors, Sendable, and structured concurrency).
Tooling: Advanced command of Xcode, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Must Understand Postgres, Responsive UI Experience as it relates MacOS applications.
