Job Description

Design, build, and ship highly downloaded, consumer-facing iOS apps using modern technologies to ensure client success.

Provide technical expertise and guidance within the iOS engineering team and for business partners.

Deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing environment.

Write solid, efficient, and maintainable code.

Maintain, document, and enhance current products with a vision for future evolution to meet customer needs.

Research and recommend new mobile tools and applications.

Collaborate on improving software engineering processes to increase team efficiency.

Assist in growing the team through interviewing and recruiting engineers.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in Objective-C, Swift, Xcode, and Cocoa Touch
• Experience developing for iOS 7+
• Knowledge of iOS Design Patterns, Callbacks, Blocks, Closures, Delegates, and NSNotifications
• Familiarity with Storyboards, Auto Layout, and Size Classes
• Experience with app publishing through the App Store and beta deployment via TestFlight
• Understanding of code signing, certificates, entitlements, and provisioning profiles
• Experience with CocoaPods, Git, JIRA
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, REST Web Services
• Ability to translate designs and extract assets from Photoshop/PSD files
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
• Critical thinking abilities
