Job summary

Synechron is hiring an experienced iOS Developer in Charlotte, NC to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality iPhone and iPad apps. The role focuses on Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern app architectures to deliver secure and scalable mobile experiences.

You will collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams, integrate REST APIs, participate in code reviews, and help release apps to the App Store while advancing performance and security practices.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of iOS development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Swift, Xcode, iOS SDK, and Git.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, unit testing, and app architecture.

We are looking for a skilled iOS Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iPhone and iPad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in iOS development and a good understanding of mobile application architecture, security, and performance optimization

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services
  • Knowledge of secure coding, biometrics, encryption, OAuth, and PCI DSS
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Fastlane, Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions
