Job summary

Meetsta is seeking an AI/ML Engineer Intern to help push mobile technologies and contribute to Meetsta's next generation of iOS applications. You will design and build advanced features, collaborate across teams, and test for reliability.

Applicants must be enrolled in a BS/MS/PhD program in CS/Engineering and have experience in AI/ML and mobile development. This is a temporary role centered in the US, from June to August, with 30–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a BS/MS/PhD program in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject at an accredited college.
• Experience in AI/ML Engineering and expertise in the development of mobile technologies.
• Familiarity with relevant frameworks and languages.
• Strong work ethic and conviction to work in a demanding startup environment.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
