C3 AI in Redwood City, CA is seeking a Software Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 to join Platform or Forward Deployed Engineering teams. You will ship code from day one, contribute to mission-critical AI applications, and collaborate with world-class engineers.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a BS or MS in CS/CE, with strong OOP, data structures, algorithms, and a passion for scalable systems, in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with OOP, data structures, algorithms, profiling and optimization.
• Passion for team-oriented engineering solutions in an autonomous environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest in a fun, expansive and intellectually stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain performant and scalable applications.
• Build and improve tools for internal teams to understand and analyze large-scale data.
• Collaborate with Products and Engineering and incorporate feedback.
• Define and lead end-to-end development of applications.
