Psychiatric Medical Care, LLC. is seeking a Program Therapist for an inpatient setting in State College, PA. The role involves delivering group, individual, and family therapy to adults in an intensive outpatient/partial hospitalization environment.

You will work within a small interdisciplinary team, document all services per standards, and ensure compliance with regulations while focusing on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Current state license or eligibility as a social worker or counselor.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate psychosocial assessments for each patient.
• Ensure accurate group psychotherapy notes for each patient.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based adult counseling within PHP/IOP context.
• Document thoroughly and within prescribed timelines.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers.
