Senior Life Solutions in Imperial, Nebraska is seeking a compassionate Program Director to lead the new Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program for older adults. The role reports to a small care team and oversees two direct reports, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No call and no weekends are required. The ideal candidate is an RN or LVN with state licensure, nursing school graduation, and preferred psychiatric nursing experience.

Qualifikationen

• RN or LVN licensed in the state of practice is required.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing is required.
• Psychiatric Nursing experience is preferred.
• Work with kindness and accountability to enhance patient life is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprising a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator serving older adults.
• Engage with the local community through education and outreach.
• Develop referrals through hospital staff, providers, and community resources.
• Grow and maintain patient census.
• Ensure compliance with professional and ethical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
