Senior Life Solutions is hiring a compassionate RN/LPN Program Director for our Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program serving older adults in Imperial, Nebraska. The role reports two direct findings and entails leading a small team while collaborating with a care team to deliver mental health services.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8a–5p with no call or weekends. Salary up to $102k, with competitive benefits and opportunities for education support.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice is required.
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing is required.
• Psychiatric Nursing experience is preferred.

We’re hiring a compassionate RN / LPN to join our new Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program, serving older adults in the Imperial, NE community - this is the newest program in the state of Nebraska set to open January 2027 with staff starting in November / December 2025!

Role: Program Director – (This position will have 2 direct reports.)

Location: Imperial, Nebraska

Setting: Intensive Outpatient Therapy Program (IOP)

Population: Older Adults, Ages 65+

Salary: Up to $102K yearly, depending on experience

Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8a-5p) (Note: No Call / No Weekends)

You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults!

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
• Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
• Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
• Growing and maintaining patient census
• Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or LVN licensed in the state of practice required
• Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
• Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
