Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant clinical field.
• One or more years’ experience with a comparable patient population.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.

Responsibilities

• Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions for individuals and families.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop initial discharge plans.
• Conduct individual, group or family sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan.
• Provide initial treatment planning and coordinate additional services as needed.
• Maintain documentation of therapy services and manage caseload; participate in team meetings.
• May provide services in inpatient or outpatient settings; assist with case management and aftercare.
