Located in beautiful Louisville, CO, our 104-bed facility offers a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness, including chemical dependency. We provide unique, individualized programming for adolescents and adults, setting us apart from many other treatment facilities. Our dynamic leadership team includes a seasoned nursing department, ECT Therapy, Intensive Outpatient, and Partial Hospitalization Programs.

Position Overview

Are you an experienced Master's Level Therapist seeking PRN, or as-needed, work? Centennial Peaks is looking for an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Therapist to facilitate quality, evidence-based mental health therapy groups. Responsibilities include conducting group therapy sessions, maintaining accurate patient documentation, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, communicating with families, referral sources, community partners, and coordinating discharge plans.

Candidates must demonstrate competency in these areas and be flexible to work with varied populations, including adults and dually diagnosed patients in inpatient and partial hospital settings.

Note: Clinical supervision toward licensure will be provided.

Required Qualifications
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
